Skills Development

HR & Skills Market offers a comprehensive skills development service ensuring compliance with the Skills Development Act (97 of 1998) and the Skills Development Levies Act (9 of 1999).

Most importantly, we assist in making business sense of the Skills Development Act and, in so doing, ensuring that skills development becomes strategically meaningful, benefitting both individuals (employed or unemployed) and companies. HR & Skills Market prides itself in the level of service we offer ensuring full implementation and purely a paper exercise.

In terms of the Skills Development Act, a Skills Development Facilitator's (SDF) role is crucial to enabling skills development within an organisation.

As specialists in the field of skills development and employment equity, we can assist your company in implementing strategic processes and procedures, ensuring a holistic approach to skills development, employment equity and broad-based black economic empowerment.
